Proacón was founded in 1990, and has since then consolidated into a company that is highly specialized in tunnels. It has wide and varied experience in executing tunnels for high speed trains, city subways, roads and highways as well as galleries in hydraulic works. It has currently expanded its portfolio of specialties in underground works with mining operations, and furthermore it has included outdoor works.

Proacón owns a sizeable amount of machinery that has cutting edge technologies for executing the different specialized works required for underground works such as hydraulic equipment and electrohydraulic drilling jumbos or state of the art robots with projection arms.
